October 15^th 2025 Pembina Minor Hockey Association will be hosting MVP Sports Photography to capture our Pembina Pirates biggest smiles! Please see information below on what to expect for PMHA Photo Night!

U11	6:15 PM
U13	6:30 PM
Please note that photo slots are in 15 minute increments. It is expected that players show up dressed & ready to 30 minutes before their scheduled photo slot to ensure that we stay on time for the evening.	How to dress your player: Players are to be dressed in the following equipment for photo night: ·         Players will need to be in all their equipment MINUS neck guard and helmet. Black Pembina Pirates jersey. **Note please refrain from wearing green under jerseys as photo’s are done against a green screen. This will affect your players jersey, same goes for stick tape.

What to expect:

Every team will be assigned a dressing room at the arena, please reference the whiteboard at the arena for your Teams assigned dressing room. We kindly ask that only parents/guardians accompany players getting ready in their dressing rooms to ensure that players can safely move around dressing rooms and to the concession for their photo slots as players will be in skates. Please remind your players before photo night that they are to stay in their team’s assigned dressing room so that Coaches are not tracking down their team’s.

**Managers and coaching staff will also be pictured in team photos. Team staff please wear black if you do not have any Pirates apparel.**

How to order:

First Step - Enter in parent name, number and email then click 'continue to order photos’.

Second Step - Search your player by the last name or the first few letters of the last name. Your player(s) name should come up, click the red plus sign button to the left of the name(s) to add them into your cart. You can preview their individual photo by clicking on the green search icon that says ready, then close the preview and click ‘continue to order’.

Third Step - Now you can choose the products you would like to purchase by clicking the red plus button on each item, once done click continue. 

It will then prompt you if you would like to order any friends & family photos, this means you can make a stitched photo of multiple players within the association to be on the same product. Please make a title for the stitched photo, ex ’Team Smith’, ‘Ryan & Kim’ or anything you would like. Then search the players you’d like in the photo together by their last name or the first few letters of their last name to be added into the stitched group photo. Once you’ve created the team and added the desired players to the group click ‘continue’ to be brought into the Friends & Family Store to purchase items with a photo of the group you made. 

 

*Please note, if you’d like to make a stitched photo of players who are apart of different associations please email admin@mvpteamphotos.com with their first and last names and we will create the order on our side for you!*

 

Fourth Step - Verifying your cart, if the pencil icon is flashing red please click on it to see the information it requires. This is also the icon to click on to verify your players jersey number and name is spelled correctly. You may make adjustments directly in the order and they will reflect in our system. You can also write a note on this page to ensure any message you’d like to leave will be seen by our team! Once you’ve verified the order click ‘continue'

 

Last Step - Please put in your payment if you would like to pay online with a credit card or select the etransfer option and send your payment to mvp@mvpteamphotos.com. If you are paying by etransfer please put your order number in the description.

MVP POLICIES 

Missed Photo Day (Add-ins)

 Any players who miss photo day will be subject to a non-refundable 20$ add-in charge with no exceptions. Please go onto the store link and enter your contact info and select the missed photo day button, enter your player(s) last name and click the red plus button and select schedule appointment. If you are having any issues please e-mail us at admin@mvpteamphotos.com. 

The players have up to 7 days after photo day to come into the studio to have a photo taken. If you come within the 7 days, you will be included in everyone’s copy of the group photo. Your products will also be ready and sent with the rest of the teams.

After 7 days the player is only added into their copy of the team photo. You will be able to pick up your products at our location or we can ship it out to you. Shipping charges will apply.

 Reorder Pricing

We have discount pricing for parent’s who order on photo day and for the first 7 days after shoot date. The discount pricing parents receive, is only valid for 7 days after the photo booking. Any orders placed after the 7 days, will be subject to a minor price increase on all products. These late orders can be picked up at our studio or shipped to the parents for an additional cost.
